Fermento is an artistic series developed on commission by Mahou San Miguel and Basque Culinary Center. Both brands invited me to bring my own vision and interpretation, an open brief built around my perspective rather than a defined outcome. Work that came to life in the studio, constructed through still lifes that try to capture what food, drink and culture actually feel like: temptation, territory, youth. The everyday made iconic.
The series is on display at Basque Culinary Center throughout 2026 and 2027.
